financial related job in the states.

Siteng had interned in my team for two month as a Quantitative Analyst Associate,
focusing on ETFs investment strategy using technical indicators. Compared to peers,
Siteng had exhibited a surprisingly passionate attitude for investment. He had been
proactive in many ways as to raise questions regarding the project as well as respond
requests from other colleagues. Thanks to his solid background, Siteng had not only
finished the part I expected ahead of schedule, but creatively extended the result out to
