Interior Design and Detailing

Requirements
1. Detailed Floor Plans with furniture layout.
2. Sectional interior elevations (minimum 8)
3. Flooring layout (patterns, colours & fixing details)
4. Ceiling plan with lighting details
5. Electrical and lighting fixtures detail and layout
6. Schematic Services layout (Plumbing and HVAC)
7. Detailing: Furnitures, doors, windows, ornamentation and furnishings
8. Sketches and views (maximum 1 A2 size sheet)
Note:
1. All the drawings should be drafted only in CAD with all dimensions, labeling and material
specification.
2. Mode of presentation will be pin-up sheets, not exceeding 6 A2 sheet in number (including
sketches and views sheet).
3. The jury will be evaluated for 30% of the total marks for the major project.
