PATRIK DALBEC
OBJECTIVE To finish schooling at the University of Rhode Island in order to earn my
degree as a Registered Dietician (R.D.)
I hope to inspire a shared vision among my peers in hopes of using my
interests for the benefit of others.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Top Strengths

1) Winning Others Over (WOO)
In a general sense, WOO means that I can use the power of actions,
thoughts, and words to quickly strike a connection with an extremely
diverse and large group of individuals. I love meeting new people and
engaging them based on common interests, taking from them what I can
learn and sharing what I have to offer.

2) Communication
This one is a no-brainer; I love to talk, inform, listen, collaborate, and
experience life through various forms of communication. I love to speak in
public, especially off-hand and about topics I am passionate about. I use my
communication to share, to create, and to inspire.

3) Activator
As much as I love to get behind something big, inspiring calls to action and
leading the charge to progressive social change is what being an Activator
is all about. In short, I will do my best to inspire you to create the life you
deserve and desire.

4)Relator
One of the biggest components of Leadership Studies at the University of
Rhode Island is known as Relational Leadership. It is based on the concept
that leadership is not competitive in nature, rather, it is collaborative. As a
Relator, I am able not only to establish WOO connections quickly, but
engage on a deeper level and build personal relationships with relative
ease. I use this to help others by getting to know those I seek to help on a
foundational level. This serves to promote a true understanding of what
their ambitions and desires are in order to best facilitate their

development.

5) Connectedness
To me, this is my broadest and most personal leadership strength. I am not
religiously affiliated, however I believe that all living things are connected
and indeed share the same responsibility to respect and love others as
such. This strength is precisely why I am so adamant about using my
strengths and abilities to promote positive change for those around me. In
my belief am connected to everyone, and everything and as a result, my
potential for good is limitless.

My abilities match my strengths in that, I am an effective communicator,
can activate and inspire a shared vision in others, gather support for
projects by winning over the mentalities of others and stay grounded
throughout my work-related tasks.
