Parent/Teacher Conferences 2013-2014

Parent/teacher conferences will be held November 13
th
(evening), November 14
th
(all day), and
November 15
th
(morning). Each conference will last approximately 15 minutes. Conferences will
provide you with information on your childs academic and social progress, test scores, and any items
that you and the teacher(s) would like to discuss.

Due to your childs performance thus far in the school year, we strongly encourage you to schedule a
conference. Please fill out the form below by checking all time slots you are available for a
conference. The teachers will work to coordinate conferences for families with more than one child
whenever possible. There are a limited number of evening conferences available. If you are able to
attend during the day, please make that choice. If you have no preference for day OR time, please
check that space. A confirmation sheet of your day/ time will be sent home prior to conferences. We
look forward to meeting with you during conferences.
