Women: 0.5 to 1.5 mg/dl
w/ kidney malfunction
URINARY CREATININE CLEARANCE
85-135 ml/min
Requires a 24 hr urine specimen
Decrease with renal malfunction
w/ renal impairment, serum creatinine goes
up, but urinary clearance will go down.
w/ unilateral kidney dse, a in creatinine
clearance isnt expected if the other kidney
is healthy
