By signing this contract, I am stating that I have read this contract and agree to abide by its rules and
complete the following requirements:
1. It is your responsibility to be on time and in your seat when the bell rings.
2. It is your responsibility to keep up with all readings, assignments and to be prepared with your
tetbook, notebooks, and two writing instruments to every class.
!. It is your responsibility to ask for make"up work due to absences. #he make up work must be
completed within two days of an absence.
$. #est, labs, and qui%%es must be made up before or after school.
&. 'll other assignments must be completed and turned in on time.

+. ,tudents are epected to do and submit their own work and act in an academically honest and
responsible manner. 'cts of cheating and or plagiarism will not be tolerated. #hese include, but are
not limited to:
a. copying or submitting work done by someone else,
b. not giving proper credit -citation. when using an outside source of information,
c. giving or receiving information about eams and qui%%es/
d. possessing and0or using unauthori%ed study aids during eams and qui%%es,
e. 1hanging and0or modifying answers during post eam review.
'll cases of academic dishonesty will be brought to the attention of the school administration,
parents, and the 2onor ,ociety 3ecutive Board. #he assignment in question will receive a 4 5.
