NOTICE

The candidates who have applied for various Dual Degree, Masters Degree and PhD Degree
programs in Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga, are hereby asked to note the
following:
1. Bring the hall tickets downloaded from the university website to the examination hall
without which you will not be allowed to write your examination.
2. Bring an identity cardvoters ID or college ID
3. Make sure that you are seated in the examination hall 30 minutes prior to
commencement of examination.
4. Carefully listen to the instructions given by the invigilators on what to enter and what
not in the OMR sheet.
5. An incorrect or improper entry in the OMR sheet may cause your OMR sheet liable to
be rejected.
6. Bring attested copies of certificates, the filled-in application form and copy of the
challan and hand over the same to the invigilator.
7. Return the question paper along with the OMR sheet to the invigilator after the
examination.
8. Use of mobile phone, electronic calculator or any electronic devise is strictly
prohibitated.
9. Malpractice of any kind shall be treated as a criminal offence and candidates found
involved in any such activity will be debarred from the examination.
10. No examination for Dual degree program in Engineering and Sciences.
11. The NET/SLET qualified candidates need not write the entrance examination for
PhD. But they have to appear for the personal interaction as notified.
