We are looking for a detail oriented candidate, with multitasking ability and be a
personable and professional representative of the general managers office. Personal
Assistant often coordinates tasks and serves as a liaison between her boss and others.

Per sonal Assi stant to Gener al Manager - Female

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the day to day operations of the office run effectively and efficiently.
Develop and implement an effective system of record keeping and follow up
tasks.
Providing relevant information to different departments and maintain a good
standard in communication.
Convening and servicing general meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes;
conveying decisions etc.).
Ensure all the incoming communication (Mails, Memos and Reports) is well
informed to GM and pass the decisions and informations accordingly.
Maintains schedules and calendars.
Arrange and confirm appointments.

Personal Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
Proficiency in English (Writing & Speaking) and multilingualism will be
considered an asset.
Excellent problem solving skills along with outstanding communication and
active listening skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and cooperative attitude.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Able to work independently under pressure and maintain the confidentiality of
the resort management.
