HOUSING FILTER
PP CARTRIDGE HOUSING FILTER
PP cartridge housing filter bag are applicable for the
purpose of low flow rate to high flow rate filtration
process.
These bag are prepared by ruffed reinforcement
polypropylene.
These bag are used in the commercial and for the
industrial purpose.
It have the bottle like shape with interior and exterior
surfaces.
ITS WORKING
Its working is based in the need of high flow rate to low
pressure drop.
There is repeatedly sanitation due to flow of fluid and
providing the very much dust holding capacity.
The basic purpose of allowing the polypropylene is that
it capture the very tiny dust particles in fluid.
After making these filter bags they are tested for leakage
and hydro testing.

TECHNICAL ASPECTS
It is able to sustain the .5 to 70 micron dust particle.

It is able to sustain max. temp of 180 F.

Its operating pressure is 6kg/cm^2.

It is applicable in high flow rate to low pressure drop.

The pressure relief valve is placed in outer boundary of the
filter bag.
APPLICATIONS
They are applicable in the presence of UV rays.

These are applicable in the high flow rate purpose.

These are widely used in the industrial filtration process.

These are also applicable for the fuel filtration purpose.
