work schedules, trains new hires, conducts team performance reviews, and holds motivational
team meetings. Observes sales trends, tracks inventory, and strategizes with buyers to boost sales.
Also organizes special events and performs standard counter-merchandising guidelines.

Super Target, Guest Service Attendant (supervisor level) 7/2011-3/2013
Served as an immediate leader to a team of cashiers (ranging in size from five to 12). Maintained a
pleasant demeanor, friendly attitude, and efficient pace to energize the team and to ensure
