Come and join us at Rosys Village for a daily morning session or

an early evening class of Chi Exercises and Meditation. These


Chi exercises are rooted in the practice of Qigong, the gentle,
moving and meditative Chinese exercise system, Yoga and the
Japanese Makko Ho stretches. These classes can be enjoyed by
everyone - the fit and the unfit, the flexible and the stiff, the young
and the old. The body loves this kind of gentle exercise and the
wonderful sense of freedom and joy it brings. Together, and on their
own, these classes are a revitalising and calming way to begin and
end the day. Classes are open to anyone to take part, just turn up...!
