Hardware:

I-60 (Vehicle Tracking Unit):

1. I-60 is a most feature-rich unit in the market,

 2. I-60 is the only unit wherein most of the functions are performed by the
Hardware and not the Software, reducing the communication cost.

3. I-60 is the only complete solution for Fleet and Security.

4. I-60 uses a very high end Siemens modem for communication purposes. The
high-end modem allows effective shutting and opening of various operations.

5. High end battery back up in case of disconnect from the main battery. This is
essential to get data in case of tampering by the driver or any battery
problem.

6. Anti Jamming- With easy availability of jamming devices, drivers use these as
measures to disrupt communication. Only device to override jamming incase
of emergency situations.

7. A number of accessories available to enhance the output/ performance and to

cater of individual needs. MDT terminal, Voice Calling/ Key Pad for security/
Accident detector/ Thermal Sensor/ RFID Locks.

Feature:

• Latest mapping technology:

SilverStar uses the latest mapping technology, and maps are always accurate
and updated. SilverStar is designed for easy use and quick access to important
features such as vehicle status, reports, play back, and maintenance
management and updated mapping is essential to relay back accurate
information.

• Vehicle status screen:

SilverStar customers always know the location of their vehicles and their
drivers just by looking at their computer screens. Customers can select and
view one problematic vehicle, or their entire fleet, or see if the vehicle moving,
or see if it is idling, and of course one can pin-point its exact location. One can
view a complete summary of each vehicle’s activity by accessing the vehicle
status screen.

• Map the shortest route:

Customers can map the shortest route and ensure that the vehicle stays on its
 predetermined route. If the driver moves away from this route, an alert is sent
to the customer. This feature has led to customers saving up to 20 to 30% of
their current fuel bills.

• Unauthorized Stops Monitoring:

With SilverStar, customers can monitor all the unauthorized stops that the
driver makes. They can view the duration of the stops, and also if the vehicle is
idling. Once drivers know that they are being monitored, they immediately
increase their ‘drive time’, resulting in higher fuel efficiency.

• Hands Free Communication: (optional)

If customers decide to use a Mobile Data Terminal, then they can send
messages from their computer to the dashboard of the vehicle. The regular
tracking device also has a speaker phone facility and a keypad, through which
the driver can call and speak ‘hands free’.

• Route Optimization:
SilverStar lets customers optimize routes, so that their vehicles are on the road
for the shortest possible time. Vehicles also stay on the pre-determined route
at an optimum speed. All this translates to lesser wear and tear on vehicles
and lower maintenance bills.

• Near Real-Time Data:

With SilverStar, key data is always available to customers at near real time.
Fleet managers always have access to locations, travel time, stops, stop
durations, number of instances of over speeding, daily distances traveled, etc.
When management and customer service agents spend less time on collecting
data, this translates into lower fleet management costs.

• Search Features:
SilverStar understands that when fleet managers are dealing with their
customers, it is important to answer their queries and complaints with
accuracy and responsiveness. The most common questions from customers are
regarding delivery times and with SilverStar, service calls can be answered
accurately by a simple click of a mouse. The information provided by SilverStar
prepares fleet owners for any customer support situation.

• Route Playback Feature:

When drivers aren’t using the most efficient and direct routes to get from job
to job, it causes delays for the drivers’ next scheduled route. If there is no staff
to monitor delays, then the SilverStar route playback feature lets managers
review the route taken by each driver, and lets them plan his next route.
 • Accident Records:
With SilverStar, fleet managers can reduce insurance risks substantially. It
becomes easy to pinpoint faults in case of an accident, and filing liability claims
is easily accomplished because of an accurate detailed vehicle activity report.
Some insurance companies may even offer discounts for vehicles fitted with a
GPS system.

• Points of Interest:
Fleet managers can create Points of Interest (POI) in seconds anywhere in the
map at various zoom levels. POIs are, just as the name implies, a geographic
point that may be of interest to that business.

• Way Points:
Fleet managers can set up to 10 waypoints for each vehicle, and receive alerts
whenever the vehicle reaches or crosses each of those points.

• Start/Stop - Location, date/time, of all instances of stops and starts.
• SOS - Report of all the SOS signals sent by the drivers.
• Idle - Location, duration, date/time of all instances when the vehicle was
idling.
• Impact - Location and date/time of impact to vehicle.
• Tilt Sensor - Location, tilt angle and date/time of all instances when the
vehicle went above the permitted angle.
• Event - A report of all commands sent to the device by the customer/fleet
manager.
 • Overspeed - Location, speed, and date/time of all instances when the vehicle
crossed the set speed limit.
• Immobilize - Report of all instances when a devices was immobilized and an
SMS alert or an email was sent.
• SMS Usage - List of all SMS sent for a vehicle.
• Email Usage - List of all emails sent for a vehicle.
• Battery - Device battery usage.
• Average Speed - Date wise average speed for the vehicle.
• Mileage/Distance - Miles covered in selected date/time range for every
vehicle.
• Effect on interference: Sends an alarm to operations or relevant person.
• Battery power: The transmitter sends a notification and a report is sent to
the account manager when the vehicle battery starts running low.
• Installation: The module is installed in a closed location so that none of the
client personnel know how it looks like or where it is placed.

. Product Hosting-
We host our server offshore – in the USA, and back up servers are located in Canada
and India. Security of your information is important because this product has a security
attribute that allows us to remotely shutdown the vehicle in the event of an emergency.
Offshore hosting gives privacy to all our clients.

IV. Other Terms and Conditions:
• 50% Advance Payment along with the PO and balance 50% Payment
along with Taxes Duties and Other Levies against Performa Invoice prior
to the delivery of the Equipment.
• Monthly Recurring Charges: to be billed half Yearly in advance.
• In case of additional features and customizations required, charges would
be extra. For details, please contact us.
• Warranty period is of 12 Months.
• There will be free replacement of Unit in case of Manufacturing Defect.
The warranty will cease to exist if the seal is opened, Unit is stolen and
due to physical damage & in these cases customer is to bear the cost of
Unit @ Rs 8500/- Per Unit
• In case Units/accessories found stolen/tampered the troubleshooting team
expense visit will be actual & to be paid by customer at Rs 500/- for Local
and Rs 1500/- for Outstation Visits.
• In case the VTU not transmitting signal due to GPRS/GSM coverage,
Plexitech Technologies Pvt. Ltd is not be liable.
