If a student cannot collect results personally, they can bring a stamped addressed envelope to the Exams Office by Friday 18 J uly and results will be posted. Alternatively, students can write a letter giving permission for a named third party to collect their results on their behalf. Results will not be handed out to a third party without written permission.
As well as their examination results students will also be given some individual information about next steps they may need to take especially in relation to whether they should attend the Post Results guidance clinic. This will be held in the Sixth Form Centre on Friday 22 nd August between 9.00 a.m. and 12 noon. The clinic is essential for those students whose results indicate they may not be able to attend their chosen course, either at school or college. It is also advisable that students attend the clinic if they want to change any of their subject choices. As well as senior Cherwell staff we will also have J ason Davis, our Careers Adviser with us to advise students on their wider post-16 options.
Our Examinations Officer, Mrs Murray will also be in attendance to advise on a range of matters including remarks. The deadline for these requests is 19 h September, so it is not essential to resolve any concerns until school restarts in September
Yours faithfully
