CONCLUSION
• Fate can exist to an extent
• There is always a way out of any given
situation
• Yes, Slim gave Lennie the dog, which led
to Lennie being in the barn
• But it was his free will that determined the
fate of Lennie and there fore the rest of
the ranch!
