PhilPost was delayed in paying
our beneficiaries. In
Ambaguio, payment started at
around 3 pm from the original
schedule of 10 am; in Piat and
Lal-lo, they started paying at
around 2:30 pm; while in
Dupax del Norte, it started at
around 11:45 am, should be 9
am.

In the municipality of Piat, the
fund of the 4 additional P2
beneficiaries were not included
in their pay-out.












FA 2 Ali called RO (FA III), and RO communicated
to PhilPost about the situation.

While waiting for the PhilPost personnels, MRBs and
Fas already validated the ARs of the beneficiaries for
a systematic and immediate payment upon their
arrival.




Communication was also made to CO, Maam Tonette
about this situation, and informed us that the fund was
already downloaded to LBP Intramurous.

Mr. Ador Paraiso, RAC Secretariat informed Ali, FA
2, that PhilPost main office was not able to make a
request for fund transfer at LBP Intramurous, thus no
fund was downloaded by LBP Intramurous to PhilPost
main.

According to Tuguegarao PhilPost Director, Maam
Malana, they were not informed by LBP about the
additional P2 pay-out, thus no request for funding was
made.


LBP Tuguegarao must furnish
PhilPost Tuguegarao of the
scheduled pay-outs for immediate
funding.







The 4 additional P2 beneficiaries
will be included in the next pay-out.










We (DSWD) had sent our letter to LBP Tuguegarao
about the additional P2 pay-out on June 11, 2012.

On July 2, 2012, we have visited PhilPost Tuguegarao
and informed them of our next scheduled pay-outs.
