leadership from completing this field experience;
<t is #ery different teaching your peers fro5 teaching your students. < a5 beco5ing 5ore
co5fortable with it but < still need to work on this area. < do not like being #ideotaped either so <
will need to learn to handle that as well. (he workshop was about digital citi=enship and < found
the research interesting and < was e'cited to share with 5y coworkers.

>ou 5ust know the topic you are presenting and understand your audience. >ou 5ust be able to

positi#e and supporti#e attitude will help your audience to rela' and listen to you. (eachers are
busy and so5eti5es resent any intrusion into their ti5e so you need to be able to o#erco5e their
resistance.

(he infor5ation presented was #ery infor5ati#e and < know that there was infor5ation the
teachers could use to i5pro#e their own digital citi=enship and that of their students. < ha#e
offered to teach this at a .(2 5eeting so that parents can learn 5ore about it and help their
children howe#er that idea was not accepted as feasible. (hose who attended the workshop were
asked to gi#e it a grade and se#eral of the5 wrote co55ents as well.
