# 12.6 Self Management: 1. I will incorporate more time for personal training and I take responsibility for my health and well being. fitness in my schedule. 2. I will monitor my diet more carefully. 3. I will study stress management literature and apply what I learn. 4. I will set a reasonable weight loss goal for each semester. 5.
