REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Instrument Cluster (332140)

Removal
Note:
If a new instrument cluster is to be installed, connect WDS and upload the instrument cluster configuration
information using the programmable modules installation routine, prior to commencing the removal of the
instrument cluster.
1. Remove the audio unit. For additional information, refer to Section 415-01.
2. Detach the heater control panel assembly.
3. Disconnect the air distribution flap actuation cable.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the heater control panel assembly.
5. Detach the instrument cluster finish panel.
6. Disconnect the headlamp leveling switch electrical connector.
7. Remove the instrument cluster finish panel.
8. Detach the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.
9. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the instrument cluster.

Installation
Note:
If a new instrument cluster is being installed connect WDS and download the instrument cluster configuration
information using the programmable modules installation routine after the installation of the instrument cluster.
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
