TRAINEES MUST REGISTER AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE COURSE START TIME. ALL COURSES START PROMPTLY. STRICTLY NO ADMITTANCE 10 MINUTES AFTER PUBLISHED START TIME. Requirements for Attending this Course You are required to bring the following Proof of ID and Proof of your Address with you on the course. Failure to provide these will result in your automatic failure of the Course: ID - UK or BU Passport Proof of Address - Utility bill You should also be able to quote your National Insurance Number. Please be aware that delegates from Romania and Bulgaria need to prove right to work or work permit e.g. Bluo/Yellow card. Existing holders of the LU Entry Permit must present this Permit at Registration. Existing holders of a Trans4m/ Metronet Reil Passport Card must present this at Registration. Cancellations Delegates may be substituted up to 24 hours pricr to the course, providing an email is submitted stating the training place to be cancelled and replacement delegate details (this should be performed by the Training Co-ordinator using the LUCAS system). Any cancellation made with fewer than 5 working days' notice (and no substitute provided) will result in the full charge for the course per delegate being made (£100 + VAT). Any cancellations must be confirmed using the LUCAS system by the Training Co- ordinator and organisations should save any details of these submission records for verification against cancellation invoices.
