It is the customary practice that the result copies, mark sheets and
provisional certificates are sent directly to the centres concerned. Now it is
planned to have the following procedure considering the welfare of students
community and to avoid legal disputes.

It is brought to the notice of all students of Indian Institute of
Planning & Management (IIPM) that the students can collect the mark sheets and
provisional certificates on payment of the following required fee in the form of
Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University payble at

BCA/BBA : Rs. 14,243/- (per student)
MBA : Rs. 17,160/- (per student)

The students can collect the certificates either in person (or) if
required by post the request letter should be accompanied by DD/ challan, copy
of the mark sheets already received, ID card, A4 Size self addressed envelope
for registered post / speed post. The University is not responsible for any
loss / damage in postal transit. The students are adviced to get the
certificates on payment latest by 31
st
March 2014. Beyond this stipulated period
university will not be responsible for maintenance of the certificates.
