NOTES

1. Track events will be seeded according to performance not age group. All
information requested on the Entry Form must be provided.
2. ompetition is for male and female athletes from !nder 11 to "eterans and age
groups are those in which athletes compete during #eason 2$1%. ompetitors must
be at least & years old on the day of the meeting.
'. #tart times for all events are conditional on the level of entries received but will
follow the programme order. The promoters reserve the right to change the start
times to either an earlier or a later start time with all changes being announced on
the day of the event. ompetitors( spectators and officials should listen to
announcements for any event)time changes.
%. !11 and !1' athletes may not compete in the %$$*. !11( !1' and !1+ athletes
may not compete in more than one race of ,$$* or over on the same day. !11(
!1'( !1+ and !1- athletes may not compete in more than ' events on the same
day and !2$ athletes may not compete in more than + events on the same day.
+. .egistration for all meetings will open at ,pm. Entries will close '$ minutes
before the event or at -.'$pm whichever is earlier.

attempts may be offered.
-. The heats for all 2$$ and 1+$$ metres races which are scheduled to start at or after
5.'$pm will be run from slowest to fastest ie 6eat 1 will be for the slowest
runners.
5. Entry Fee is 7' per event.
&. The admission charge for adult spectators is 71 per person.
