A resolution allowing the DPMS to withdraw funds amounting to PHP 12,500.00 to be allocated in an activity
entitled SYNAPSIS
WHEREAS, the DLSU-D Pre-Medical Society (DPMS) has the obligation to conduct an activity that would
encourage active participation of the members in the organization.
WHEREAS P3,000 will be allocated for rental expense (Lights and sounds).
WHEREAS P3,000 will be allocated for food (P30/head x 100).
WHEREAS P5,000 will be allocated for the venue.
WHEREAS P1,000.00 will be allocated for prizes.

WHEREAS P500.00 will be allocated for the game paraphernalia.

WHEREAS, the DPMS has enough funds to proceed with the activity.

THEREFORE, after much deliberation, the DPMS Executive board has agreed to withdraw an amount of
Php 12,500.00 from CSO trust fund.
