This is a beautiful, luxurious, brand new
hotel with staff that cannot do enough for
you. We stayed for 6 nights and loved
everything about our stay. It's not cheap to
stay there but the rooms are huge and very
comfortable and the food is fabulous. We
particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the
mouth watering steak at the Lexington Grill
and the sumptuous feast at Marjan. There is
not much to do outside the hotel but if you
are looking for a relaxing, pampered week in
the sun then treat yourself to a stay here. We
will definitely go back.
The hotel is amazing in terms of room size,
facilities, decor and ambience. However, our
experience was disastrous in terms of service
though I must admit we were given 50% off the
room rate. Check in time is 2PM and having at
3.30 I didn't expect to see lots of angry customers
waiting around because rooms were not ready.
After making a fuss and pointing out we had
toddlers one of the check in staff typed war and
peace into his computer - an hour or so later we
had a room. It then took three guys 30 minutes to
find us 4 beach towels. Later that evening we
decided to venture out only to have to wait an
hour at reception because the valet parking team
had misplaced our car. Breakfast the following
morning was insanely overpriced and
exceptionally poor for a luxury hotel. On check
out they had lost the car again which I couldn't
believe. At this point I lost my temper ventured
into the heat found my car loaded my own
luggage because there was nobody to help and got
out of there. I will not be returning.






According to the reviews about the hotel, the hotel is luxurious from all aspects and most of
the residents were happy about it however, few did not experience the good times.

I have extended 4 times my stay at it is
definitely the best hotel in town for the value,
location and size of the room





Terrible choice for this location at all... That was
my last resort since i could not find any available
rooms elsewhere but that indeed turned out to be a
nightmare for 4 days...





I can not put it in words.Mr. Khaild the
Hotel manager and all staff made me stay
there longer.Will always go back again.their
smile is always on my mind.







According to the overall reviews, the majority was satisfied with the hotel but few were
having a small problem with the service while others were not satisfied at all with the whole
service, location and the whole hotel.

It was a three day family vacation . we
booked 3 standard rooms which were
upgraded to deluxe when we arrived for free
as there were no empty standards . The
deluxe rooms are very clean and newly
furnished . The sea view is good . I liked the
pool very much. It's big but a little bit hot .
The private beach is good also but the water
needs to be cleaned of algae more often . I
find it pleasant to be able to swim either in
the pool or in the sea . The free breakfast is
very good with a variety to select from . You
can play free table tennis near the pool and i
enjoyed it a lot . It was a great valuable deal
and we spent a very good time . I recommend
it very much

I liked my stay very much. The staff was
very friendly, ocean very easy to get into,
nice pool, beautifull garden and tasty
breakfast. I think of coming back one day.




According to the reviews about the hotel, the residents were happy with the service, private
beach and the pool also, they were so happy with the free breakfast that the hotel offers.

We have only ever stayed in the heart of
Dubai before and had decided we wanted
somewhere less busy. This hotel and location
was perfect. We had been a bit concerned at
the mentions in previous reviews about the
hotel needing a refurbishment (it is about to
close for this to happen) but we found
everything lovely and the staff were all really
helpful. We took advantage of the. Free
shuttle each day to the Hilton Resort and Spa
which was right on the beach with beautiful
swimming pools and we had our lunch there
each day. We had taken the advice of a
previous reviewer and upgraded to all
inclusive which was certainly worth it. With
this we were also able to enjoy the rooftop
bar at the Hilton Doubletree hotel. All in all
we had a very pleasant stay.

well...for a start our booking was for 2 nights but
there was no way we could stay in this hotel that
long....before we even got to the hotel we could
tell there was something wrong when we called a
couple of times for directions and there was no
answer..and when they actually picked up it was a
very inhospitable, dry reply and not compatible
with a supposedly "5 star" hotel. When we finally
arrived the cars were just stacked at the main
entrance and we couldn't spot a single valet
driver..turns out he was daydreaming inside the
lobby ! the vibe of the hotel lobby was very
depressing and out of spirit, so was the room,
which made us feel like we were in the 80's era...a
gloomy dim light with green wallpaper, curtains
and bed sheets, very tiny and suffocating and the
view was basically a pile of rocks of all sizes. the
bathroom was very old too, plus there was no
WiFi !! internet cable connection rate is
unbelievably expensive ....there's actually a lot to
write about this place including the very tiny
swimming pool with the broken floor tiles but i
suppose what i wrote would give you quite a good
idea of how horrible our stay was. a never again
hotel ever!

According to the reviews about the hotel, most of the residents were satisfied with the service,
the staff and the however, some were complaining about the lobby and old bathrooms while
few had a difficult time and they did not have the ability to connect to the Wi-Fi claiming to
say that it is expensive.

Nice, clean hotel with excellent food,
leisure facilities and most importantly a
big swimming pool and deck are for
sunbathing!

The Hotel is presented much over value. First of
all, the location on the hotels.com map is very
wrong - in reality it's located in the Jazirat Al
Hamra Free Trade Zone, 34km away from the
presented location! We were searching for more
than an hour to get there. I would never have
chosen the hotel, if I would have known here it is!
A lot of noise from the surrounding industry park
- it's not so nice to wake up in the morning by the
noise of the industry. The atmosphere in the Hotel
was very reserved, and the guests were treated
informal, like "numbers". Very slow processes on
the reception. Waiting time for the check-in about
20 minutes due to processing issues. No excuse
from the desk staff, no improvement on the
staffing during the waiting time - simply no
reaction. Men/woman separated SPA area - very
small and with the flavor of a hospital. Rooms are
clean, but also here: we've found one cup for tea
and one tea bag in a double room... Conclusion
for us: never again, bad experience. The price is
far too high for what it is.

According to the previous feedback, most of the residents were happy with the services,
rooms, staff and location of the hotel however, some faced some problems with finding the
location of the hotel also, and some mentioned that the hotel seemed almost unable to cope
with the number of guests over the holidays.

Hotel is brand new and room is just great as
the pool and the sauna. Except my passport
they forgot to give me back and I had to pay
AED 15 for the taxi to deliver it. Not really
good point there for the customer service,

The hotel is brand new and in immaculate
condition. Beds are very comfortable and
rooms are well equipped. The hotel has a
small rooftop pool and a little bar that gets
pretty busy in the evening. This is a very
good choice in Ras Al Khaimah compared to
other more expensive hotels.


As an overall of the feedback, the majority of the residents are happy and satisfied with the
hotel and the customers service, their most pleasant place is the rooftop where at the evening
gets busy and fun.

It was very nice. Had a beautiful suite
however the kitchen was not fully stocked.
No plates, pans, silverware??? So it was a bit
frustrating trying to cook and put together a
meal without all these necessary items. Had
to ask the hotel to bring us some things. Also
it was quite noisy due to no carpeting. Other
than that it was a large, gorgeous suite and
great outdoor facilities.

Rated poor with no comment.

Only one feedback for this hotel and it seems that it is doing fine and need to fix their suits
services.

It was ok, staff are friendly... But the night
bars in the hotel makes a lot of noise that
disturbs my sleep...

people are comming to relax not fight with the
hotel, so we paid extra charge to stay for the night
only, the tv was not working, garbage bin not
available, hangers. i don't recommend any one to
stay in this hotel. thre families else faced the same
problem


According to the residents they were not so happy with the noise that comes from the night
club.
