Madam, With due respect | request your kind attention to the letters referred above and the meetings with the officials of Ministry & Prasar Bherati on various issues related to welfare of subordinate Engineering cadres of AIR&DD, pending for decision from your good office. Your goodseit was kind enough to extend a sympathetic approach to the issues raised by this Association in 7 point charter of demands and advised the officials to make efforts to settle the issues, The issues demanding immediate attention are: 1. Up gradation of the Helper from Group D to Group C One pay Scale for One cadre Implementation of Assured Carrier Progression (ACP) to subordinate Engineering Cadres. Rs, 5400/- Grade Pay for Assistant Engineers with 4 years of service in the cadre. Rs, 4600/- Grade Pay for Engineering Assistants. Restoration of abolished posts in Engineering Cadres and immediate recruitment. NORRON Implementation of Cadre Review for Engineering employees of AIR&DD. It is very unfortunate that no serious action is taken by the Ministry to resolve these issues. While considering the present situation it is decided that if the issues are not settled before 21° October 2009, we all three Associations (ARTEE, ADTEA & PSA) will be compelled to start a combine agitation under the platform , Sanyukt Sangharsh Samiti, It is once again requested to kindly grant an urgent meeting on the above mentioned issues.
