Welcome to tutoring/resource with Mrs. Cannella. This year promises to be an exciting

one and a busy one! In this class period, we will work on improing your math, reading

Tardiness#

Computers#
2ur classroom has computers &or student use, which are to be used &or school pro+ects
only. I encourage all students to hae a memory stick/&lash drie &or saing and
transporting work.
'lectronics#
-tudents are allowed to use electronic deices during resource &or listening to music. I&
the deice is being misused, $texting, gaming, etc%, this priilege will be reoked.

In order to maintain an enironment conducie to learning, students must &ollow behaior
guidelines. -hould a student not &ollow classroom rules, the teacher may use a ariety
o& methods to correct the inappropriate behaior. 4 seating change may be made, a
con&erence between the student and the teacher might take place, contact with the
parent may take place in the &orm o& a phone call or an email, a detention may be
assigned or a re&erral to an administrator could be gien.
Communication#
"arents are encouraged to check In&inite Campus, teacher websites, contact teachers
directly, and attend con&erences to keep up to date with your student5s progress and
daily assignments.
1igh school con&erences will be held on the &ollowing dates: October 7, November 17
and March 5. 4s the dates get closer, you may call the guidance o&&ice to set up your
con&erences.
2pen house is Tuesday, August 26, 21!. This is a great time to come in and meet
your student5s teachers.
