Use the Student Teaching Observation Rubric to assign a rating for each sub-domain and for reference during the conference following the observation. Scores may be whole numbers or decimals. Average the sub-domain scores to establish Domain Averages. Then total the Domain Averages to establish the Observation Score. Refer to the Grade Equivalency Chart to determine the grade.
