Average the sub-domain scores to establish Domain Averages. Then total the Domain Averages to establish the Observation Score.
Refer to the Grade Equivalency Chart to determine the grade.

0=Needs Improvement 2=Emerging Competence 4=Competent 6=Advanced Competence (Master Level Teacher)
