Interise and Crop Circle Kitchen, we have
designed a curriculum that will help you
launch or grow your food service
business. You will learn to research, plan
and finance your business, apply sales
and marketing fundamentals, and manage
2
your operations. You will receive one-on-
one technical assistance from
experienced entrepreneurs, and will hear
weekly guest speakers drawn from
successful local food service enterprises.
Classes will be held at the CCK facility in
Jamaica Plain and will incorporate the
Crop Circle Kitchen Intake Form and Lean
