THE GOAL IS TO HAVE THE HIGHEST TOTAL ASSETS AT THE END OF THE GAME.

1. Each team is given 2 moves per turn. The moves they make will not be made known to the
other teams until the time is up and all moves are submitted to the Government Agency.
2. There are two categories of moves
a. CREATE These are the regular moves of a team that are in the normal course of
business.
b. DESTROY These are devious tactics a team may use to create a disadvantageous
position for the other teams.
3. There is a third category of events that happens every third turn. This is known as FATE. It
affects all teams when applicable.
4. Each team is given 100 Million Pesos at the start and they use this money to execute
moves. Following are the moves under create:
a. ACQUIRE LAND FOR 2 BUILDINGS 10M
b. ACQUIRE BUILDING 5M
c. PRODUCE INVENTORIES 1M per batch per existing building
d. SELL ALL INVENTORIES 2M per batch of inventory
e. BUY INSURANCE 10M for a turn
f. OBTAIN INVESTMENTS XM a variable amount
g. RELEASE INVESTMENTS XM whatever the value of investments are at execution
5. Each of the events has priorities at the point of execution. CREATE resolves first, followed
by FATE, then DESTROY
6. The FATE events that will be drawn by each third turn may be any of the following
a. POSITIVE MARKET FORCES Double all investments and sales
b. NEGATIVE MARKET FORCES Half all investments and sales
c. INTEREST INCOME Add 10% to your cash balance
d. GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE Add cash equivalent to 20% of the value of all land and
buildings
7. Teams may buy additional DESTROY cards at the following prices:
a. CREATE TRAFFIC JAM 10M
b. SEND RATS 5M
c. SET A BOMB 30M
