Person 1 - Daniela Della-Torre:

Daniela is a very busy woman; therefore her life requires almost every day to eat in
fast food places. The idea of having a food truck that serves quality food and in a fast
way excited her.
Person 2 - Pedro Schliesser:
Pedro loves food and especially Italian one. He likes the idea that this service can be
found in many locations. For Pedro, the hygiene of the place is something very
important.
Person 3 - Amit Schliesser:
Amit is a young entrepreneur whose time is the most valuable thing. He loves cultural
food especially if it has a good quality/price relation. He is really interested in the
different kind of food that appears in Portugal, so he would definitely try Panzerotti
shop.
Person 4 - Rona Moussaiof:
Rona does not do many meals outside, however when she hangs out with her friends,
she likes to try new things. She seemed very interested in trying this new concept, and
especially because of the affordable prices.
Person 5 - Liron Schliesser:
Liron does not live in Portugal and when he heard about this idea in the interview, he
stayed a little reluctant, because of the lack of options in Panzerottis menu. Since he is
gluten intolerant, Panzerottis would be a problem for him.
Person 6 - David Santos:
David enjoys eating out with his friends. He loves traditional Portuguese food, so when
we present him Panzerottis he does not seemed very confidant. For David, an
affordable price and a good environment is very important.
Person 7 - Ins Ramalho:
Ins does not like the idea of food trucks. She prefers a quiet and nice restaurant,
where she could seat and have a good time with her friends. Although when she heard
about the timetable that Panzerotti shop is providing to customers, and the type of
food, she seemed very impressed and excited to try it.
Person 8 - Joana Barros
Joana likes to try different things, but she does not like the idea of fast service. For her,
it could mean that the food is not as good as in a restaurant.
Person 9 - Ins Oliveira
Ins is a foodie so she is definitely going to try this new trendy twist. She loves to be
the first one trying new fashion food and to be the one telling the friends about the
new restaurant.
Person 10 - Maria Alexandre
Maria loves Italian food. Although she does not like food trucks, she would definitely
give it a try. Having a 24/7 service, it is very attractive to Maria, since she loves to hang
out with her friends until late hours (weekends).
Person 11 - Ana Rita Martins
Ana Rita is lactose intolerant so she excluded immediately the Panzerotti shop. The
lack of option in this case is crucial.
Person 12 - Fiorella Della-Torre
Fiorella is an Italian tourist that loves to spend some time in Lisbon. When she heard
about Panzerotti shop she showed enthusiasm about this new restaurant and a huge
desire to try it.
Person 13 - Paulo Alves
Paulo is a Lisbon lover, although he does not have much time to walk around. He has
lunch every day outside, during the week, when he is working. Going to the same
places every day is a huge problem for him, so Panzerotti shop seemed to be his
perfect solution.
Person 14 - Mark Silvester
Mark had come to Lisbon for the first time and he found that Lisbon is really poor
when it comes for food at late hour time. Panzerotti shop seemed to him a very good
idea and he showed enthusiasm about trying it the next time he will visit Lisbon.
Person 15 - Gonalo Carreteiro
Gonalo is a typical student that loves to hang out with his friends and loves to eat fast
food. Having similarities to fast food, he seemed to be pretty interested about
Panzerotti shop. Being a food truck, gives the opportunity to consumers to try it in
different locations, this idea attracted Gonalo a lot.
