Students are directed to choose one of the two options A or B, and sign their consent.

A. For Students Interested in Campus Placements:

1. I intend to take campus interviews since I dont want to go for higher studies. Hence,
I will not seek letters of recommendation for higher studies

2. I am keen on taking placement through campus. I will be taking the interviews
very seriously.

3. I understand that I am being permitted to attend Campus Interview with the genuine
intention of taking an employment, if selected and not for gaining interview experience.

4. I will keep posted the Placement Cell and the Company about my acceptance for
joining in the company, date of joining and date of leaving (at a later date) if any for
record purpose.

B. For Students who opt for higher studies:

1. I am interested in going for higher studies abroad / with in the country.

2. I request the Professors and Heads of the Department to give me recommendation
letters required by me for applying to Foreign Universities.

3. I would like to get assistance from the Department and the College in processing the
application and relevant Papers pertaining to higher studies abroad when required.
