Y=mx+b
This formula is how you solve a standard line
equation.
Y
Y stands for your answer
m
M stand for your slope, or how slanted your line
is.
X
X stands for the point given, if you are given a
point insert it into x.
B
B stands for how high or low your graph is from
the starting point 0,0.
example
Answer = slope of line * (point given) + how high
your graph is from the ground 0,0.
