This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Andrea MacMurray who is currently a pre-
school teacher at Mt. Caesar School in Swanzey, NH. She is an excellent pre-school
teacher as well as being a special education teacher.

Andrea uses a variety of teaching techniques and materials along with unique methods
that make learning enjoyable and challenging. Routines and expectations are well
established and clearly followed as the children understand the progression in center
activities. They move from one activity to another with no trouble and transition to
choice time with ease. The students are very comfortable with the activities in her
program.

Andreas strength is collecting and classifying data. She has presented excellent
artifacts of data with DECA Graphs (Behavioral Concerns, and Total Protective
Factors), AEPS Goal Analysis, and weekly planning sheets.

As a developing educator, Andrea has been consistent in seeking information to grow
professionally. Andrea is extremely organized and provides admirable examples of
quality record keeping and analysis on her students.
