~ We are still having some real rainy
weather. We had-quite a wind storm

The pepple of this community
are regular attenders at the Richland
Springs Revival being held by Brother
B. B. Crimm preaching and uncle
certainly do have some splendid
singing along with the fine preach-
ing. There were thirty new mem-
bers added to the church Sunday
night. People are coming from every
where, Brownwoood,. Brady, San. An-
gelo, San Saba, Goldthwaite, in fact
from everywhere in order to hear this
ne | Preacher. The meeting will close Sun-
id | day-night, after -which-the—preacher
mn] Will leave for San Diego, California,
,e|in order to hold a meeting.
Miss Artie Richmon spent last
3g} Week in the home of her uncle, Geo.
a-] ¥. McGuire, of San Saba,
I] Miss Daisy"Rohn was taken to the
Brady hospital last week where she
underwent an operation for appendi-
citis. She is reported to to be convales-
-cing nicety.
‘ Harmon Richmen and family at-
tended the commencement exercises
at San Saba Thursday night. The'r
daughter, Miss Opal, was a member
of this class, Opal returned home
with her parents te spend a vacation.

Ransom Munsell had been killed bv
an electric light wire that had fallen

Sunday night. He jis the son of Mr,
and Mrs. J. W. Munsell of Richland
Springs. He was 19 years of age and
very popular “among his young
friends. Friénds and loved ones have
the heart felt sympathy for-the entire
