As a being of pure quantum energy, Quasar can shape his "body" into any shape he can imagine, explosively

disperse his form, though he can tire if he overuses his powers. He has Unearthly control over his Body. In his
Quantum form, Quasar has Monstrous (75) Strength and Endurance as well as Remarkable Fighting and agility.
Power Augmentation: Due to the nature of his quantum body, Quasar automatically boosts the power of his
Quantum Bands by +1 Class without putting any strain on his body. Quasar can increase his power by an additional
+ 1Class but only for 1-10 turns before it is too strenuous for his body.
Quantum Power: Quasars body can do all of the power stunts he was capable of using his Quantum bands
(Energy/Force bolts, Energy Constructs, Energy Drain, Life Support and Teleportation all at the same rank and range
as his quantum bands).
Phasing: As an Energy Being Quasar is able to phase through solid matter with Monstrous (75) ability.
Equipment
Quantum Bands: Quasar wields a pair of Quantum bands made of Unearthly material. The bands absorb solar
radiation and transform it into powers and enhanced Abilities for the wearer. Quasar
can use them to wield the following powers:
Electromagnetic Energy Generation and Manipulation: Unearthly ability to emit
and control ALL energies within the electro-magnetic spectrum.
Energy Identification/Tracking: Monstrous rank identification and Class 1000
tracking of energy patterns. Quasar can use this instead of his Intuition to track
movements of life forms and therefore cannot be blindsided.
Energy Siphon: Monstrous (75) absorption of energy from people an opponents
(eg. Silver Surfer, Adam Warlock, etc.).
Flight: Quasar can fly at Shift-Y (200) speed in the atmosphere, and Class 3000
speed in interplanetary space.
Force Blast: Monstrous (75) intensity blast.
Force Field: Monstrous (75) rank energy sheath, 1 area
Energy Absorption: Quasar has preprogrammed the bands to be sensitive to
incoming energy fluctuations of sufficient power to do him harm and automatically
absorb up to Shift-Y (200) intensity.
Energy Drain: If it appears that an opponent has energy-based powers, Quasar taps
those powers and drains them off at the rate of Unearthly rank per round. The length of time this takes depends on
the extent of the menace's power.
Life Support: The bands provide unlimited Life Support functions enabling Quasar to remain in deep space
indefinitely.
Light Burst: Monstrous (75) rank blinding attack. Anyone within two areas must make an Intuition FEAT or suffer
1-5 rounds of blindness.
Quantum Constructs: The bands can emit objects of "solid" light. The objects are shaped by Quasars imagination
and can be used to create a variety of useful shapes, such as weapons, shields, cages,
and aerodynamic designs. The objects have Monstrous (75) Material strength and do
Monstrous (75) damage if used as weapons. If the force is used as shields, Quasar
can block up to three separate attacks at Monstrous power level and will
automatically win initiative against any such attacker the next round. Once an object
is created, it is no longer dependent upon Quasar's consciousness or will power to
remain in existence. If he is knocked out, the construct will just remain floating
there. He can mentally embed a self-destruct timer into a construct at the time of
construction, causing it to dissolve at an appointed time.
Quantum Jump: The bands can create warps into the "Quantum Zone", a realm of
unknown sub-atomic particles providing the equivalent of Class 5000 teleportation.
Quantum Communication: The Quantum Bands allow Quasar to communicate
long distance through use of solid light constructs. These allow him to send
recordings or live feeds of himself. This form of communication can interface with
electronics and computers and can travel across space at Class 5000 distances with
Unearthly (100) ability. Quasar has also created monitoring stations across the
galaxy to alert him of danger. He has also placed an energy field around the
planet Earth that alerts him to extraterrestrial activities with Class 1000 ability.
Inter-Dimensional Pockets: The Quantum Bands are able to hold separate
dimensional pockets within each of its 14 gems. These pockets may hold
costumes, Access to other dimensions that Quasar can communicate with
directly through his bands, (such as the ability to speak to Epoch and Infinity).
Outfits, prisons or channel more energy by accessing the Quantum zone
directly (G- +1 CL, Y- +2 CL, R- +3 CL).
Temporal Anomaly: ORIGINs interference in his costume creation allows
him to retroactively change his being (or energy signature) throughout time, thereby giving him the ability to be a
walking pocket of reality inversion, unaffected by sudden changes in time/space continuum. He is therefore able to
be called upon by Infinity to right the wrongs in the universe, unaffected by the Warps and distortions of reality that
shifts in space/time continuum may cause. He is also able to hurt other temporal anomalies (eg. Ghosts, Reality
Shifting space anomalies, etc.) He does this by changing his costume, thereby altering his time/space signature.
True Invulnerability: The bands give the wearer Unearthly (100) invulnerability to all forms of damage with the
exception of mental and magical attacks. It also gives the wearer Class 1000 resistance to Heat, Cold, Radiation,
Toxins and Disease.
