I cannot express how grateful I am for having the opportunity to oserve a physics
teacher who has mastery of the content! rapport with the stu"ents! an" effective instructional
strategies# $his "efinitely put a lot of pressure on me when I taught %r# &iney's stu"ents# $here
was an instant change in the atmosphere when I woul" "eliver my lesson# %y time as an
oserver was covere" over a short timeframe! so I ha" little chance to ma(e connections with the
stu"ents prior to instructing them# $hese factors ha" a significant impact on my "elivery#
)owever! this is a scenario that we are meant to overcome as teachers# *ou overcome this

(eeping your stu"ents engage"# $hese are all areas that I still see( to improve upon# I spent too
much time writing material on the oar"! when I coul" have prepare" it electronically an"

who has een expose" to them extensively# .nother ostacle I have to overcome is ma(ing the
