The criteria for entry is a bachelors degree and five years relevant post-degree work experience. Graduate (MRICS) Graduates can join with an RICS accredited degree. This includes graduates who have just left university, as well as those who have achieved a number of years work experience by the time they complete their degree. Associate (AssocRICS) Associate is an entry-level qualification for those with relevant work experience and vocational qualifications. The criteria for entry is four years relevant work experience. Some vocational qualifications and professional body memberships qualify candidates for direct entry to Associate membership. Associate members also have the opportunity to progress to chartered membership (MRICS).
