2. Create a new sketch 3. Draw a rectangle centered at the origin. Dimension the rectangle 1.323 inches by 0.744 inches.
4. Click on finish 2D sketch and extrude join in both directions to 0.733 inches.
5. Rotate the part to the top and create a new 2D sketch with a circle in the center, dimension the circle to 0.464 inches. (Note the circle center is 0.662 inches from the left and 0.367 inches from the top.) Draw a rectangle that is 0.007 inches wide by 0.102 inches tall. Center the rectangle using a radius. Trim out the right side of the circle and the right side of the rectangle.
6. Click on finish sketch and extrude join upward to 0.43 inches. 7. Rotate the part to the side and create a new 2D sketch. Draw a rectangle that is a the bottom of the part that is 1.046 inches by 0.137 inches. (Note that the rectangle is 0.139 inches from the left and right edges.)
8. Click on finish sketch and extrude join to the left (across the bottom of the part) to 0.73 inches.
9. Create a new sketch and draw a rectangle that is 0.920 inches wide by 0.077 inches tall. Draw to vertical lines that are 0.354 inches from the ends. (Note that the rectangle is 0.202 inches from the edge of the drawing.) 10. Click on finish sketch and extrude join the two rectangles shown across the bottom of the part to a distance of 0.73 inches. 11. Rotate the part so that the bottom is toward you. Create a new 2D sketch on the level below the top (Note on the top or you would have to extrud downward.) Draw a rectangle in the center that is 0.212 inches wide by 0.80 inches tall. (Note that the rectangle is 0.327 inches from the top and 0.556 inches from the left.)
12. Click on finish sketch and extrude join upward to 0.08 inches.
13. Again create a new 2D sketch on the same level and draw the six rectangles shown. The two center rectangles are 0.212 inches wide by 0.04 inches tall, the remaining four corner rectangles are 0.04 inches wide by 0.212 inches tall. 14. Click on finish sketch and extrude join the rectangles outward to 0.29 inches. (These rectangles are the tabs that will be used for soldering.)
15. Rotate the part so that the tabs are pointing downward. Create a new sketch on the center tab. Draw a circle in the center of the tab. Dimension the circle to 0.110 inches. The circle is 0.106 inches from the right side and 0.145 inches from the bottom. 16. Click on finish sketch and extrude cut all the way through. (Note this will cut through both center tabs at the same time.)
17. Rotate the part to the side and create a new 2D sketch on the right tab. Draw a circle in the center with a diameter of 0.110 inches. (Note that the circle is 0.145 inches from the top of the tab and 0.106 inches from the right.)
18. Click to finish sketch and extrude cut all so that it create a hole in both of the left tabs.
19. Create a new sketch on the left tab and draw a circle in the center with a diameter of 0.110 inches.
20. Click on finish sketch and extrude cut all the way through. At this point all of the tabs should have holes.
21. Rotat the part to view the top and create a new 2D sketch on the circle. Draw a circle in the center with a diameter of 0.169 inches.
22. Create a work plane that is 0.60 inches above the last circle. ( Click on the new plane command and touch the circle, pull the plane outward and when the dimension box pops up type int 0.60 inches.)
23. Create a new sketch on this work plane and draw a circle in the center with a diameter of 0.227 inches.
24. Use the loft command and select the two circles (Step 21 and Step23) and click ok
25. Activate the XY plane and the X axis. ( Open the origin folder and right click on the visability box for the XY plane and the X axis.) Create a new sketch on this plane draw an arc from the X axis to the edge of the circle. The radius is 0.115 inches, also draw a vertical line from the base of the circle that is 0.115 inches long. 26. Click on the Revolve command and select the quarter circle as the profile and the select the X-axis as the axis of revolution and click OK.
