PROJECT TITLE: PROPOSED RECTIFICATION WORKS TO 2-STOREY

HOUSES AT GREEN VIEW, BANDAR PUTERI PUCHONG

Nature of Problem
Soil settlement had caused formation of cracks on the brickwall and also some of
the structural elements i.e. beams and columns.
The Solution
The brickwall cracks were repaired by cutting a groove and patching with the
modified polymer patch mortar. Cracked concrete at the juncture of column-beam
and beam-slab were repaired by pressure grouting with shrinkage compensated
high strength grout.
