TUCSON ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION (TARR)


HOME REPAIR PROGRAM

ON-LINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATION PERIOD: May 1, 2014 thru June 30, 2014
*APPLICATION DEADLINE: MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2014!!!

NOTE: Internet access is REQUIRED!!!

If you do NOT have access to the internet in your home, you may do so
through a family member, neighbor, friend, any branch of the Pima
County Public Library, and at any City of Tucson Neighborhood or
Regional Center (El Pueblo, Udall, Randolph, Clements, El Rio, Archer,
Northwest, Pascua, Quincie Douglas, and Santa Rosa).

Once on the internet

A. Go to www.tucsonaz.gov/fixhouse

B. After reviewing the details of the Program, go to the bottom and
CLICK on link to either SPANISH or ENGLISH versions.

C. Provide response to EACH AND EVERY question!

D. Once you have read the CERTIFICATION and checked the
AGREE line, CLICK on the SUBMIT FORM icon to forward
your application for processing.

E. A receipt for your application will appear for you to PRINT
and retain for your records.

F. ALL applicants will receive written communication no later than
August 30, 2014, advising as to their status with the TARR
Program (either SELECTED or WAITING LIST).

G. GOOD LUCK in the lottery process!!!

**** For those homeowners WITHOUT any access to the internet, a
manual TARR application/data form may be picked up and submitted
at COT Community Services Department, Santa Rita Bldg., 310 N.
Commerce Park Loop, Tucson (just off N. Bonita, between St. Marys
Road and W. Congress). Call Ray Quihuis at 837-5336!!
