Opportunity To Become Our Business Associate:

We are look for Business Associates in each district of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. This project
requires survey and form filling if you can deploy manpower for it, this will be wonderful project for
you.

No signup amount, No security deposit!

At the time of signup you have to take minimum 5000 forms at the rate of Rs. 3 per form. It will be
refundable with monthly billing.

Duly filled eIA and Policy conversion forms will be couriered to our Head Office on weekly basis.

Eligibility for e-IA opening:
Person must be 18 years old or above
PAN Card or UID/Aadhar Card is must (Any one)

Payout Structure:
Registration fee = Rs. 2000
e-Insurance Account opening = Rs. 15/- which includes Rs. 3 refundable amount for per form paid
by agency (Rs. 12 + 3)
Policy Conversion form = Rs. 10 (Second form to be filled for insurance policy holders)
Billing cycle = Monthly

*Form charges will be refundable with monthly billing
