Plays Cris Cross Designed for Zone/relaxed defense M1 M2 M3 A1 A2 A3 =Ball 1. M3 slide to the left, bringing his D-man with him. 2. M1 cuts on an angle towards the right side of the goal. First look 3. If the pass is not there for M1, A1 passes the ball to M2. A3 cuts to the crease and M3 takes A3 places (M3 and A3 must have good timing to make this work.) M1 slide to the left of the crease to allow A3 to cut around him. Second look 4. M1 finishes back where he stated from after the cut. If it doesnt work, set up and try again from another position. Timing is everything! M1 yells for the ball as he cuts, but the big look is to A3

M1 and M3 cuts to the crease, M2 circles around to give time to set up. 2. Once set, and M2 starts him ISO, M1 sets a pick for A1 and M3 pops out for a quick stick/shot. 3. M2 has two looks, M3 and A1. If nothing is available we are in a 2-3-1 offense. Ready for the Cris Cross. Navy
M1 M2 M3 A1 A2 A3 1. After the ball has been worked around once the plays starts at M1. 2. Once M3 catches the ball he dodges 1 on 1 for a shot, if its not there he has a quick look to M2 who should be cutting down for the dump pass and shot. If either is there M3 passes to A1. 3. A1 passes to A2 who has a go for the cage. Looking to pass to A3 and M1 for a shot. If its not there pass to A3. Play starts again once A3 pass to the Middie. Roll-out M1 M2 M3 A1 A2 A3 1. M3 passes the ball to A1. M3 then cuts to A1 to set a pick. 2. A1 cuts around M3. As A1 cuts around (high) M3 rolls out to the catch. 3. A1 passes to M3 for the shot.
Man-Up Fire (Hit space bar) M1 M2 M3 A1 A2 A3 1. Play starts with A3. When the ball is passed to A1, M3 cuts to the cage (decoy) yelling for the ball. 2. M2 times himself to allow M3 to cut through cutting right behind him (this is our Target), A1 pass the ball to M2 for the shot and goal. 33 (Hit space bar) M1 M2 M3 A1 A2 A3 Wing Attack MUST be ready to chase after the shots. 1. 33 is all about fast ball movement. 2. Middies have to be ready to pinch down and be ready to fire away!. 3. Attack should always be ready for the dump pass.

A shot should be made within 8-10 seconds. Once a shot is made, goal or not, Goalie and D clear the ball.
C G Fast 4v3 (Once it starts let it play) D D D D D D O O O O O O O O O O O O DM LSM Coach w/ balls 1. Drill Starts when the Coach rolls out a ball to the Offensive player. Ball can be rolled to any offensive player 2. 4v3 continues until a quick stick/shot is made. Drill continues ASAP. Promotes fast ball movement, defensive slides, good looks, cutting, good passing, and shooting. Be Ready!!!
