ENOKI BEEF ROLL

METHOD
INGREDIENTS:
10 thin slices beef fillet 10 small bundles of Enoki Mushroom 1/6 teaspoon salt 1/5 teaspoon sugar teaspoon starch teaspoon oyster sauce 1/6 soy sauce 5 tablespoon water 1. Place a thin slice of beef fillet on a flat surface. 2. Place a bundle of Enoki on the beef fillet. 3. Wrap the Enoki making sure that the stalk is fully wrapped. 4. Place a pan on stove over high heat. 5. Place all the completed rolls on the pan and wait for it to be cooked. 6. Once the rolls are cooked use a plate to place all the rolls for use later. 7. To make the sauce, mix all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl. 8. Pour the mixture into the pan over high heat. 9. Keep mixing until the sauce is thick. 10. Gently place all the rolls on to the pan and mix around. 11. SERVE

The recipe I am designing for my main dish is Enoki Beef Roll. This dish comes from Japan. Enoki means mushroom. Enoki Beef Roll is simple and quick to make since you only need two ingredients.
