If scorer is debating between two scores and must interpret the answer, mark the lower score. If a child has Xed out an answer in order to self-correct, score the changed (new) answer. Figure the totals by adding the number of points for each strand and using the following formula:
Record the results on the 1st and 2nd grade testing card then make a photocopy of the testing card. Place the original testing card, with the Individual Student Summary Sheet stapled to it, in the students cumulative folder. The other copy of the testing card is to be sent home with the report card.
