Monday: Class orientation/introduction

Tuesday: Introduction to parts of a plant Wednesday: Detailed lesson over parts of a plant (root, stem, leaf, and flower) Thursday: Review lesson from previous day and complete a fun activity

Friday: Short review of the weeks lesson followed by an assessment

My name is Morgan Hilton. I graduated high school from Southwest Georgia Academy. I then earned a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. I am so excited about the upcoming year. Please email me if you have any questions. I look forward to getting to know everyone and kicking off another great school year.

*This weeks lesson will cover standard S1L1.c. Students will investigate the characteristics and basic needs of plants and animals. Identify the parts of a plant- root, stem, leaf, and flower.
