DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP DEED

THIS DEED OF DISSOLUTION is executed at on this day of the year among Shri AB son of .............., resident of .............., hereinafter referred to as party of the FIRST PART (which expression shall mean and include all his heirs, executors and assigns), CD son of .............., resident of .............., hereinafter referred to as Party of the SECOND PART (which expression shall mean and include all his heirs, executors and assigns) AND Mrs. EF, SM of .............., hereinafter referred to as Party of the THIRD PART (which expression shall mean and include all her heirs, assigns and executor ). WHERE parties to this deed had entered into partnership as per partnership Deed dated AND WHERE parties were carrying on business in partnership under the name and style of M/s ............................ AND WHERE parties to this deed mutually decided to dissolve the partnership on .................. and settled all their accounts in full and final. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES AS UNDER: 1.
