The positive feedback of the Arctic is due to rising temperatures the ice melts and then the ocean

water darkens due to absorbing more heat this means that reflective ice is disappearing.

In the winter the rates of warming going up to 4 degrees C over portion of the Arctic land areas. In these projections to the left shows that the over the next 8 !ears the temperature will not onl! rise but that we will exceed the normal rate of rising temperature. This is just in the Arctic itself.
