Comparatives and Superlatives Card Game
How to play Put the students into small groups of 3/4. Place the topic cards facing up. Jumble up the adjective cards and put them face down. Each student in turn picks up an adjective card and chooses a topic. The student has to make a comparative or superlative sentence using the adjective. The sentence must be related to the topic. Each student gets one point for each grammatically correct sentence. If a student cannot make a sentence, the card goes to the next player and they try to make a sentence for two points. Play until all the cards have been used up.
