Classmates will: To become equipped with the knowledge on how to help students learn about, talk about, and deal with cyberbullying. Be able to call upon the knowledge provided in the presentation to participate in classroom discussion/activities. Celebrities read mean tweets video Cyberbullying: Deal with it and Ctrl Alt Delete it. 7 Ways to Block a Cyberbully. Name sticks Open with celebrity read mean tweets video. Definitions and types of cyberbullying (example 3&7) Myths of cyberbullying. TYA conversation (How TYA is used in the schools. Shows they are doing to bring awareness.) Techniques for Teachers Group examples (translating text talk. they have 2 minutes to translate with their group as many of the examples as possible. Then we will discuss.) Final Discussion. Sponge activity (in case of extra time Harper Commercials) Pull out names from the jar and they have to answer one of the questions.
