com Mobile: (239)200-0573 MXPX All Stars Guitarist Jose Garzon To Release Solo EP This Late Fall Although you may have heard some of his past projects (FLF, Sunset Lilly, The Absentee Ballot) that have reached the masses as a result of global touring and label promotion, many have yet to hear any work from Jose Garzons solo project, but that will change very soon come this later this year. The pop punk veteran couldnt be more stoked to start laying down tracks for what will be his new EP, The Heartbreak Symphony in Drop D, at his MXPX All Stars band mates Monkey Trench Studios in Bremerton WA starting on August 26th. With a star-studded lineup for the studio, things couldnt look any better for Garzon who has Keef West (Aiden) on drums, Mike Herrera (MXPX/Tumbledown) on bass, and Joe Hill (former The Absentee Ballot) on piano. Currently, the EP is planned to consist of a total of four songs that will include old songs that never made it to albums and some new tunes as well. Garzon says, "I'm especially excited because this is my first release as a solo artist. I'm really nervous because whatever the outcome of this EP is: I'll have to take full responsibility for it. It'll have my name on the cover. Mellow or heavy, good or bad ... It'll be 100% me." The Heartbreak Symphony in Drop D will be produced and tracked by Bradley Miranda and Mike Herrera, then later released the late fall of 2013 followed by a tour in support of the album. ###
