London Vinja: Hello, I will tell you something about London. London is the capital of the UK.

Its a very big city. Damjan, can you tell us somemething more?

Damjan: Of course. Thousands of people move around the city every day. Here are some of the ways they travel.

Damjan: This is the underground train. Its called the Tube. The trains go in tunnels under the city. They are very fast. Lots of people go to work by Tube. Sometimes the trains are very full. (Vinja: Ovo je podzemni voz. Zove se Tjub. Vozovi idu kroz tunele ispod grada. Oni su jako brzi. Puno ljudi ide na posao Tjubom. Ponekad su vozovi puni ljudi)

Damjan: This is a typical London bus. Its red. Its called the double-decker. It can have an open roof. (Vinja: Ovo je tipini autobus u Londonu. Zove se dabl-deker. On moe da ima otvoreni krov)

Vinja: London Eye is a big wheel. Its 135 metres tall. You can see the whole London from it when its sunny.

(Damjan: London Eye je veliki toak. Visok je 135 metara. Moete da vidite ceo London sa njega kada je sunano)

Vinja: Tower Bridge is the most beautiful bridge in London. Its on the River Thames. It has got two towers. It opens when big ships go under it. (Damjan: Tower Bridge je najlepi most u Londonu. On se nalazi na reci Temzi. Ima dve kule. On se otvara kada veliki brodovi prolaze ispod njega)

Vinja: Big Ben is the symbol of London. Many people think its the clock and the tower next to the Westminster Palace, (Damjan: Big Ben je simbol Londona. Mnogi ljudi misle da je on sat, odnosno kula koja se nalazi pored Vestminsterske palate, ) Damjan: but, its the bell inside the tower. Tourists take a lot of pictures there.
